Whether you’re fed up of failed dates and need someone to relate to, or you’re bored of commitment and need a sharp reminder of what it’s like to be single, you’ve come to the right place.
Here you will find what is hopefully a comical take on being a single girl and the wonderful world of on and offline dating. I use the term ‘dating’ loosely as not all of these ‘dates’ were exactly planned, but in my head they still count. Some of these tales are slightly embellished, some completely fabricated, and some are just tasty anecdotes I have picked up from other people, but most of these salacious stories are genuine accounts of my dating experiences – so it’s up to you what you choose to believe. Whilst they may not be suitable bedtime stories for the kids, there is hopefully something in the good and bad of these tales that speak to everyone. All these lovely chaps have nicknames meaning no actual identities will be revealed, so if you’re feeling a little déjà vu whilst reading then relax – I am not here to name and shame!
You may find them amusing, you may think they’re sad, but I hope you will find some enjoyment in the colourful characters that I seem to attract, and the funny (if slightly pitiful) situations I seem to find myself in. And believe me, I’ve been through the rainbow and back again!
